Questions
What people ask about the Map
Which counties does it cover?
All 67. Parcel lookup works everywhere from the statewide roll. How much zoning, land use and overlay detail a county publishes varies, and more is added all the time.
Do I need the Comp Database to use the map?
No. The Map is sold on its own for anyone who works with Florida property. The Comp Database adds the comps, grids and analysis, and includes the Map.
Where does the data come from?
From the public records of each county's property appraiser, the state, FEMA and the other agencies named on each layer.
