Pricing
Four products, each sold on its own, and each person on your account can have a different mix: an appraiser on the full database, a colleague who only needs the map, a receptionist who only handles jobs and invoices. The Bid Log is priced for the firm, however many of you there are.
All plans are billed once a year.

Questions people ask
What happens after the seven days?
Unless you cancel, your trial becomes an annual subscription and the card is charged for the year. You will not be surprised by it: the app shows the date your trial ends from the first day, and we email you a reminder at least two days before the charge. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing.
Can our receptionist or office manager use it?
Yes. Give them Jobs, Letters & Invoices on its own, at $250 a year, and they can track assignments, send engagement letters and bill clients without a database seat.
What if someone joins the firm mid-year?
Adding them adds a seat. You see the exact pro-rated amount and confirm it before anything is charged.
What happens to my comps if I stop paying?
You keep read-only access for sixty days and can export everything. Your library is your work, and it is never held hostage.
Can other firms see my comparables?
No. Each firm's records sit in a separate database, not in a shared table. There is no feature that pools comps between firms, and there will not be one unless you specifically ask for it.
Do I have to buy the extras?
No. The database works on its own. If you later drop an extra, the data you made with it is hidden, not deleted, and comes back if you re-subscribe.
