How many bids does it need?
It works from the first bid, and the estimates firm up as the log grows. It says how much history an estimate rests on.
Is my fee data shared?
No. The model is fitted to your firm's bids alone. Fee information is never shared between firms.
Is Firm Analytics priced per person?
No. It is one price for the firm, however many people use it.
Where do the market figures come from?
From the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics' Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages for offices of real estate appraisers, county by county. It counts people on an office's payroll, so self-employed appraisers and 1099 contractors are not in it. Each new quarter is added as it comes out.
